Combining opera with First Nation singers and instrumentalists\, created for HOS by Cree First Nation composer\, Andrew Balfour\, Mishaaboozs Realm takes us on a journey through Creation\, Colonization\, and ultimately Hope for the Future. \nKa’nasohon Kevin Deer\, the Mohawk Elder Advisor for Mishaabooz’s Realm and cast member\, will be offering a pre-performance chat\, ‘Teachings from the Mohawk Longhouse’ on both performance evenings.
